The Project

Pro Property Management provides property management and handyman services across Southeastern Massachusetts. They needed a complete digital rebuild — a professional website that reflects the quality of their services, a consistent social media presence that builds trust, and automated follow-up systems that convert inquiries into bookings without manual effort.

What We're Building

The project covers three interconnected pillars. First, a custom website structured around the two sides of their business — property management for landlords and handyman services for homeowners and tenants. Clear service breakdowns, an online quote request flow, and local SEO built to rank for property management and handyman searches in their service area.

Second, a social media presence built to establish authority and stay top-of-mind with past and potential clients. Consistent content across Facebook and Instagram, positioned around the reliability and professionalism that defines their work.

Third, automated follow-up: when a lead fills out the quote form, they get an instant text confirmation and enter a follow-up sequence. Post-job review requests go out automatically. Every touchpoint is systematized so no opportunity goes cold.

Status
